You can easily return/exchange. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Blue Gem's, you can easily return/exchange them within 30 days of purchase for a $5.99 fee that is deducted from the refund amount. There is no fee for returns resulting from a fulfillment or manufacturing error on our part.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and with its original bits & pieces. Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving them. please note that items purchased during a sale, from our sale page, or marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. if you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, Please contact us at info@bluegem.com.
Your glasses include a 30 day warranty against all manufacturing defects and is valid from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches to the lenses or frame, stretching of the frames due to misuse, accidental damage caused through general use, water damage, or the loss of screws due to neglect.
Yes! All of our sunglass lenses offer 100% UVA/UVB Protection.
We do offer a Polarized collection, however most of our styles are not polarized. All of our sunglasses offer 100% UVA & UVB Protection.
We ship all our orders out of our Carpinteria, CA warehouse. Orders typically ship with in 24-48 hours. We are closed on weekends and holidays, so if you ordered during those times please expect a slight delay.
Our glasses come with a black microfiber case. You can purchase additional cases and lanyards on our Accessories Page.
